I enjoy working at Morgan Spencer because I am surrounded by individuals, with a passion for what they do, who are always working to be better and help people achieve their career goals. I like how consultants build relationships with the client’s, and personally meet candidates to get a feel for what they are looking for and then match them perfectly to a job that is best suited to them. The office is in a lovely location in the city and being on reception, I get to meet lovely new people each day. Prosecco Friday doesn’t hurt either!
